complaints registered here. You may register complaints of any
nature like traffic problems, petty thefts, communal
disturbances, social menaces like eve-teasing, pick- pocketing
etc. This system is only a means to lessen the gap between the
police and the public, but not a substitute for the manual
system of policing. So it is advisable to report serious crimes
and important complaints directly to the police stations. The
